Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sale events or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders.
  • A small shipping fee may apply to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS.
  • A tracking number with a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

FitMann is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share your order number along with clear photos or an unboxing video for faster resolution.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

International Shipping

Currently, FitMann ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
